Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Grand Peaks Prime Meats. Upon receiving your product, please inspect all packaging to ensure no shipment damage has occurred. We hope to make you a happy and satisfied customer, but if you encounter a problem or concern we're here to help.

Returns

We have a USDS inspected meat processing plant and do not accept returned product as per our HACCP regulations.

Refunds

In lieu of refunds, we will send, at no cost to the customer, a replacement of the product. We reserve the right to limit replacements. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided; which are confirmed on the order acknowledgment.
